During the ELA lesson, the students practiced writing CVC words from the WED and MED ed families. A, one of the student teachers, took on a leadership role and did an excellent job demonstrating the exercises to the other students. Later, while at the playground, several students, including A, discovered a dead bee. They engaged in a lively discussion regarding the bee's potential origins, with A suggesting that it might have fallen from a high place, which sparked a lengthy debate about the bee's life cycle and its importance to the environment.
